Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team at various branches. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales and marketing within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell financial products and services offered by the NBFC.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local campaigns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist in loan processing and documentation.
• Provide after-sales support and handle customer queries effectively.
• Report daily activities to the Branch Manager and maintain proper records.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & marketing from a finance company.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Local knowledge of the assigned branch area is preferred.
• Must be willing to travel locally as per business needs.
