Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. The candidate must have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationship with clients and leading a high performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
? Lead, manage and recruit a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support
? Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.
? Monitoring sales objectives and evaluating progress toward company goals.
? Recognize customer needs and provide insights based on the interactions with client and feedback from customers.
? Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with client.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities, proactively prospecting and generating leads.
? Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing
? Stay updated about latest industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to recommend adjustments to sales strategies.
? Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the team and proposals to prospective clients.
? Overseeing pre-to-post sales support activities while guaranteeing the greatest level of client satisfaction
Requirements
? Proven experience as Sales manager or similar role, minimum of 5years with a successful track record of achieving targets.
? Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
? Proven track record of success in IT trading.
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated and results-oriented.
? Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
? In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
? Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
? Ability to commute/relocate before starting work (Required)
? Language proficiency in English and Malayalam
