We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven Sales officer to join our team. As a Sales officer, you will be responsible for achieving company sales targets, promoting our services to our clients and contributing to the overall growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
? Collaborate with the sales team to execute and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
? Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
? Identify potential clients and conduct research to understand their needs and requirements.
? Develop and present sales proposals and solutions tailored to meet client objectives.
? Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
? Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
? Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure quick response and customer satisfaction.
? Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate product knowledge to clients.
? Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, and able to work without constant supervision
? Proven ability to get results and meet commitments
? Strong analytical and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
Requirements
? Masters/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
? Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT trading industry
? Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills for building and maintaining sound client relationships.
? A sales officer should be Tele consultant.
? Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
? In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and emerging technologies.
? Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients.
? In ideal condition, a sales officer should schedule meet with ten client a day.
? Excellent time management and organizational skills.
? Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
? Results-oriented mindset and proven track record of meeting sales targets.
? Ability to commute/relocate before starting work (Required)
? Language proficiency in English and Malayalam
