Job Description

Generate new business opportunities for home elevators, passenger lifts, stairlifts, dumbwaiters and related vertical mobility solutions.
Identify and approach potential customers, villa owners, contractors, consultants, architects and property developers.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate with customers to close sales.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for site surveys and proposals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Experience in elevator/lift sales, MEP, construction, building materials or technical equipment sales is preferred.
UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
