Job Summary:
As a Senior Manager, you will be in charge of the general direction and management of the team or division that you have been assigned to within the company. You will work cooperatively with other senior managers to ensure the achievement of company objectives while reporting directly to the Director.
Duties and responsibilities
-Create and put into action strategic plans to accomplish long-term corporate objectives.
- Manage and lead team members to accomplish departmental goals and maximise performance
- Assess departmental performance statistics to determine success and pinpoint areas for development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and laws - Effortlessly and effectively manage resources and budget
- Develop and uphold excellent connections with key stakeholders both internally and externally analyze market trends consistently to stay abreast of industry changes and suggest suitable measures
- Be a part of cross-functional teams that support corporate projects.
- Act as a link between senior management and staff and successfully communicate with all levels of the workforce]
