Aboutthe Role and Responsibilitiesrnâ— Understand, evaluate and optimize customer journey and flows.rnâ— Define the positioning and develop the roadmap for the productsrnâ— Manage delivery of superior product by liaising with business, engineering, design,rnand content writing teamsrnâ— Continuously gather customer insights, keep track of competition and improve thernproduct experiencernâ— Own and manage product end to end - both on mobile/web platformsrnâ— Design and run A/B tests to improve user journey and conversion of traffic to salesrnWhat you must have:rnâ— Bachelors/Master's degree with 7-10 years of experience focused on managingrnfront end consumer products in B2C environment - experience with front endrnproduct management in a B2C set up is a mandatory requirementrnâ— Demonstrated record of success in defining strategic product roadmaps as well asrninventing and launching successful features (both on the web and mobilernplatforms), especially ones to increase online sales/conversionrnâ— Gogetter with creative lateral thinking abilities for identifying and plugging gaps inrnproductrnâ— Deep experience in integrating customer needs, product design and technologyrnâ— Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial drive to excelrnâ— Multi-channel digital marketing experience a plusrnâ— Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skillsrnâ— Strong understanding of technology and business
