Job Description

3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the UAE.
Scaffolding industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, tendering, contracts, and variation claims.
Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant quantity surveying software.
Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
