Urgent requirement for Service Analyst in Techno Park .

Experience: 0 – 2 years



Identifying incidents and its impact, Incident investigation and diagnosis
Takes incident resolution actions to restore service to customers
Monitoring Incident details, including the configuration Items affected
Project data monitoring, analysis and reporting
Skills Required : MS Office / Sql (DB).
Good Communication
Willingness to work 24*7 rotational shift
Preferred skills

Candidates must completed there degree.
