Job Description
Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate support.
Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.
Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Communicate effectively with customers in a minimum of three languages, including Malayalam and English.
Work in various shifts to provide 24/7 support.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Malayalam and English; ability to communicate in at least one more language.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
