Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure all works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements.
Review contractor work schedules and monitor project progress against approved timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and verify work quality.
Identify construction issues and coordinate with contractors for timely resolution.
Verify measurements and certify completed work for billing purposes.
Review material approvals, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.
Ensure compliance with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP, and other consultants.
Attend progress review meetings with clients and contractors.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and site execution.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good reporting and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
