Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and monitor workforce productivity.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Allocate tasks to workers and monitor work progress.
Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify any quality or safety issues.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
Maintain daily site reports, attendance records, and work progress updates.
Verify completed work and report progress to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
Assist in resolving on-site technical and operational issues.
Monitor housekeeping and ensure the site remains clean and organized.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
