B Interiors is a leading interior design and fit-out company based in Cochin, specializing in delivering high-quality residential and commercial interior solutions. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee our projects, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on-site.

Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, coordinating tasks to ensure timely project completion.
Supervise workers and subcontractors, ensuring all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
Monitor and report project progress, identifying any issues that may impact the timeline or budget.
Conduct routine quality and safety inspections, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
Manage materials, tools, and equipment on site, ensuring efficient usage and handling.
Resolve on-site challenges and liaise with the project manager to address any escalated issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally in the interior design or construction industry.
Diploma or degree in construction management, interior design, or a related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of interior design processes and materials.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of site management software is a plus.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
