Job Description

The role of a site supervisor has broad responsibilities, from managing staff and
overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site
procedures. The site supervisor will be primarily responsible for overseeing and
administrating task relating to the day to day operations of the projects. These
task will related to material, third party management and labor management
We are looking for a full-time, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee all our
Interior furnishing projects. He will be monitoring on-site day-to-day activities
and reporting the progress status to the Operation Manager. Besides, keeping a
watchful eye on the Sub Contractors as well as company Workers .
JOB DESCRIPTION
Preparing Daily & Weekly Progress Report (DPR).
Manage the Project
Taking measurement and handing over document.
Dealing into Vendors issues & providing then with solution.
Controlling and resolving matters arising in contract as well as claims by the
contractors.
Taking care of Worker at different Sites.
Arranging the Material requirement as per site requirement.
Preparing shift schedule for work
Should be able to coordinate with the design team, Purchase, Contracts,
Estimation & Vendor.
Should be able to coordinate with the Warehouse, operation team, Transport,
loading & unloading At Site)
Should have fair knowledge of project costing & information about various
materials & Site visit, Measurement,
Excellent communication, multi-tasking & persuasive skills with clients,
consultants & suppliers
You will be conducting regular inspections and implementing site safety
practices to avoid any hazards and accidents.
If required, you will be responsible for performing first aid.
Apart from supervising, you should track inventory supplies and order
building materials as and when needed.
Prepare and schedule the work flow chart for site execution
Strictly follow the flow chart
In emergency, purchase necessary required material ,after getting conformation
from operation manager
Site additional work details timely report to operation manager
For additional work take timely approval from higher authority
Strictly monitoring material wastage
Part payment & final payment follow up
Assist with MD at site visit & site setting
Any inconvenience in the site directly report to operation manager
Ensure the work quality and completion on time
Make sure about the materials on site, you will be responsible for the safety and
the security of the site materials.
Coordinate with the operation in charge at delivery and material dispatch.
Prepare design, estimation, flow chart, material list, extension drawing, site
measurement
Device and implement site policies and procedures
