Job Description Summary:
In this position, you will be part of a team designing, developing, and maintaining services and automation for Rackspace’s Managed Public Cloud Support organization. You will help build and maintain complex and highly-available applications that enable Rackspace to better serve our customers. The role will require use of DevOps techniques and creative problem solving.
This specific role requires deep developer experience with nodejs. Role must be able to produce dynamic tools using React, Redux, and Serverless frameworks. AWS stack experience with dynamodb, cognito, and lambda also required.
Roles & Responsibilities:
This job profile includes the following roles and responsibilities:
Complete ownership of tooling automation for Elastic Engineering, with a focus on the Capacity Planner. This tool will require minimally 2 major feature releases/version updates per quarter based on stakeholder input from Elastic Engineering. This role will be expected to own the stakeholder relationship with leaders and ICs alike in EE, and track projects via Jira intake and sprints.
Experience required is 7+ years of full stack development with a focus in React. Further, this specific role requiresdeep developer experience with nodejs. This role must be able to producedynamic tools using React, Redux, and Serverless frameworks. AWS stack experiencewith dynamodb, cognito, and lambda also required.
