Urgent requirement for Software Implementation Executive in Ernakulam .

Job duties:• Project management, planning & regular client meetings.
• Online and onsite implementation
• Gathering & documentation of client requirements.
• Integration requirements gathering & testing.
• Database configuration & testing.
• Training of client users.
• Follow our implementation methodology in implementing software to new clients.
• Undertaking scoping work, answering emails on functionality and pre sales meetings.
• Undertaking of projects for current clients requesting configuration changing or expansion.
• Updating internal documentation.
• Continual promotion of Datamate solutions to clients.
• Keeping up to date with new functionality and sharing implementation experience with team members to continually improve implementation processes.
Skills:• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• An excitement about the workforce management domain and IT in general.
• High computer literacy including advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Think outside the square.
• Highly organised with attention to detail.
