Job Description
2-5 years of experience in recruitment for technical roles with tier 1/tier 2 IT firms or with agencies who are recruiting for tier1/2 IT firms.
Candidate should have expertise in all the stages of recruitment from requirement collection, preparation of hiring form & JD, sourcing, facilitating the interviews, finding and onboarding the right candidates for every given opportunity within the targeted schedule.
Candidate should have good understanding of all the relevant IT skills to bridge well between the hiring manager requirements and sourcing from the environment
Candidate should have experience in handling and closing niche skills, multiple roles at different job levels, within the tight deadlines and should be able to manage everything independently without the support of any external or internal additional resources.
Candidate should have the skills to manage the entire ramping up requirements with multiple technical roles from all the different levels.
