ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• WELCOME AND ACKNOWLEDGE ALL GUESTS ACCORDING TO COMPANY STANDARDS.
• ASSIST AND/OR SERVE GUESTS FOOD AND BEVERAGE.
• CHECK WITH GUESTS TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE ENJOYING THEIR MEALS AND TAKE ACTION TO CORRECT ANY PROBLEMS.
• PREPARE CHECKS THAT ITEMIZE AND TOTAL MEAL COST AND SALES TAXES.
• COMPLETE CLOSING DUTIES, INCLUDING STORING ALL REUSABLE GOODS, BREAKING DOWN GOODS, CLEANING ALL EQUIPMENT AND AREAS, RETURNING EQUIPMENT TO PROPER LOCATIONS, LOCKING REFRIGERATORS, RESTOCKING ITEMS, TURNING OFF LIGHTS, LOCKING DOORS AND COMPLETING DAILY CLEANING CHECKLIST. SET UP, STOCK, AND MAINTAIN WORK AREAS.
• FOLLOW ALL COMPANY AND SAFETY AND SECURITY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES; REPORT ANY MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS, SAFETY HAZARDS, ACCIDENTS, OR INJURIES; COMPLETE SAFETY TRAINING AND CERTIFICATIONS.
• ENSURE UNIFORM AND PERSONAL APPERANCE ARE CLEAN AND PROFESSIONAL.
• MAINTAIN CONFIDENTIALITY OF PROPRIETARY INFORMATION; PROTECT COMPANY ASSESTS. SUPPORT ALL CO WORKERS AND TREAT THEM WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. SUPPORT TEAM TO REACH COMMON GOALS. COMPLY WITH QUALITY ASSURANCE EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS.
• .SPEAK WITH OTHERS USING CLEAR AND PROFESSIONAL LANGUAGE, AND ANSWER TELEPHONES USING APPROPRIATE ETIQUETTES. PERFORM OTHER REASONABLE DUTIES AS REQUESTED BY SUPERVISORS.
• ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE IS PREFERABLE.
