As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintaining current and future e-learning courses that are offered by SKILL-LYNC. If you are a teacher at heart and a techie by mind, then you should definitely consider this unique role. We are looking for a highly skilled person with exemplary communication skills for this role.
What you will Do
You will be working closely with our content management and development team to create high-quality training materials that will be used for B2B and B2C sales. You will be required to Research and Develop curriculum as per industry needs and requirements
This is a high visibility role, you will be working closely with a ton of experts across the globe who are currently working with SKILL-LYNC to develop world class courses for students across the world. If you do well, your team will scale from just YOU to a minimum of 20x in the next 2 quarters.
Participate in course planning and scheduling
Making sure that the course is digitized in a timely manner
Conducting tool tests and mock interviews for students enrolled in our Master Programs
Recruit and train engineers for the engineering support team
Work actively with the web development team to build new features in the existing Learning Management System
Establish a Continuous Improvement Program to consistently improve the quality of content that you are responsible for

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of direct experience in Full Stack development, where you have developed enterprise-level applications.
Proficient in full-stack web development
Demonstrated experience in at least one of the following
JAVA based MVC frameworks
Django
JS Based Frameworks
Excellent communication skills
Skills
MCSA , Networking , Tech Support , IT Hardware ,
