• Enrolling students: Helping students enroll in courses and guiding them to the program
• Providing information: Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, and course details
• Following up: Following up on inquiries and databases
• Ensuring proper servicing: Ensuring proper servicing for enrolled students
• Maintaining daily call records
• Submitting daily progress reports
