Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Follow a script and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings.
Provide information and answer questions about our products, services, and pricing.
Identify and generate leads, and maintain a database of prospective customers.
Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent communication and rapport.
Qualifications:
Minimum educational qualification of a degree and equivalent.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is preferred.
Familiarity with the EdTech or banking industry is an added advantage.
Basic computer skills and the ability to work with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Competitive salary range from INR 12,000 to 25,000 per month.
