Job Description

We are looking for a tele caller who makes outbound calls to inform or promote our books. Candidate will be responsible for carrying out, and handling the sales deals entirely over the phone. The ideal candidate will have to be a quick learner with keen observation skills and the ability to gauge tiny important details through a phone conversation. The ideal tele caller candidate should be able to absorb customer feedback and make the customers feel heard while generating leads and meeting sales objectives.

Objectives of this role
• Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales methods
• Handle huge volumes of inbound and outbound tele calling
• Improve organizational efficiency through diligent observation skills as a tele caller
• Help the company grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements
• Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers

Responsibilities
• Memorize scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while tele-calling
• Foster relationships with existing clients, and build a rapport with potential clients
• Make reports and documentation based on conversations that took place during tele calling
• Report the analysis and observation to the team lead
• Adhere to organizational guidelines and methodology while tele calling
• Generate sales by making cold calls to active or old clients

Required skills and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma
• Strong communication skills and command of the English language
• Previous experience in a tele caller job or similar role
• Data entry skills to complement the tele calling work
• Ability to close sales through the right negotiation skills

Preferred skills and qualifications
• Research skills for tele calling and reaching out to new clientele
• Proven track record of being a tele caller and conducting sales through the telephone
• Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints

Schedule:
Mon-Fri, (9.30 am to 5.00 pm)
Sat (9 am to 1 pm - work from home)
