Job Description
JB Interiors is looking for a proactive and persuasive Tele caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, explaining our interior design services, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce JB Interiors' services and follow up on inquiries.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads for our interior design services, scheduling appointments with clients and design consultants as needed.
• Information Gathering: Collect relevant information on client needs and document it accurately in our database.
• Customer Service: Answer questions about our services, pricing, and project processes in a friendly and informative manner.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients to keep them engaged and update them on any ongoing projects or promotions.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous tele calling or customer service experience preferred, especially in interior design, real estate, or related fields.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Malayalam
• Customer-Oriented: A friendly and professional approach, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time efficiently, track call progress, and maintain an updated client database.
• Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (or willingness to learn).
