• Role: Tele Caller Executive
• Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore / Koregaon Park Road, Pune
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field is preferred.
• Freshers may also apply.
• Education: Graduation in any subject
• English: Should be fluent in English
• Regional Language: Should be fluent in English and any regional language – Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telegu.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication; a good listener; willing to serve customer.
Job Responsibilities
• Answering calls and resolving queries about products
• Lead conversion – pre-approved loan products
• Collection of lead data from existing or potential customers on Products other than pre-approved loans.
• Conveying verbal acknowledgments of offers to Sales group for closing the leads.
• Keep up quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
• Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about product description and offers and campaigns utilizing pre-defined scripts.
• Obtaining customer feed-back and handling queries & complaints, if any

Salary: ?15,400.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
