We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Thrissur.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering their questions, and providing information about our products or services. You will also be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, and following up with customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both in English and Malayalam. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but it is not required. You should be confident, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers
Answer their questions and provide information about our products or services
Generate leads, set appointments, and follow up with customers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both in English and Malayalam
Confidence and self-motivation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
