Telesales Executive
Role Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting registered users, explaining available offers, savings schemes, and membership plans, and helping customers enroll in suitable programs that provide discounts, benefits, and product purchase opportunities through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contact registered users and explain available schemes, offers, and membership benefits.
2. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable savings plans or enrollment options.
3. Promote discounts and benefits available through partner retail outlets and company referrals.
4. Achieve sales and enrollment targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
5. Maintain accurate customer records, follow-up activities, and conversions in the CRM.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
* 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Sales.
* Fluency in Kannada or Telugu or Hindi.
* Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn.
