Job Description

Job Profile:

- We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The tele sales executive's responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer complaints.

- To be successful as a tele sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing tele sales executive should be able to follow sales scripts as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Tele Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts

- Answer questions about products or the company

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

- Enter and update customer information in the database

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation

- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Tele Sales Executive Requirements & Qualification:

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- High school diploma; Bachelors degree will be a plus
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience required
