Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with student enquiries
Explain course details and career opportunities to students
Handle incoming calls and WhatsApp enquiries
Guide students through the admission process
Maintain enquiry and student records

Requirements:
Any degree qualification
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
Basic computer knowledge
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred in telecalling
Female candidates preferred (Women encouraged to apply)
