Qualification: +2 / Diploma / Graduation
Experience: 6 months – 1.5 years in Sales / Customer Service (Preferred from Pharma Sales & Retail Sales)
Work Location: UAE
Salary including accommodation
9 Hours Work / Weekly 1 Day Off

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional service.
• Meet and exceed individual & store sales targets.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers effectively.
• Support store merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual display standards.
• Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales service.
• Learn retail operations and customer relationship management as part of the training program

Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Background in Pharma Sales or Retail Sales
• Excellent English
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, energetic, and well-presented.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the retail industry.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Target Industries preferred for Recruitment:
• Pharma Companies: Sun Pharma, Dr. Reddy’s, Novartis, GlaxoSmithKline, Cipla, etc.
• Premium Retailers: Shoppers Stop, Louis Philippe, Van Heusen, Levi’s, etc.
• Other Sources: IndiGo Cabin Crew Leaders and professionals with strong customer service exposure.
