• Full knowledge and experience in understanding clients’ requirements and accordingly advising clients and closing the deal.
• Understand the tour’s nature and offer tour packages as per the budget and requirements of the guest.
• Create bookings, and reservations, for customers, prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking, and customization of Domestic/ International tours.
• Providing excellent customer service experiences – Take care of any customer appreciation post booking and help with appropriate resolution.
• Achieve the budgeted targets in terms of volume comprising product mix
• Achieving the budgeted targets in terms of revenue comprising product mix
• Business from Tele-calling.
• Number of business generated by team members/cross-selling
• Lead generated from Activities – Tele calls, mailers, etc.
• Knowing, understanding the client, and customizing the product.
• Documentation and coordination with the central team in closure with the maximum profit.
• Coordinating Franchisee business requirements.
• Vendor management.
• Maintaining all up-to-date self and team reports and turnaround time for client proposals.
• Escalations – client
• Achieve the assigned sales targets.
• Coordination with operation/sales/management team.
• Responsible for generating revenue for the company.
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in Domestic, inbound, and International Tours
• Ability to make and execute the right decision in situations
• Knowledge of what to sell to customers knowing their passions and status.
Languages: Good basic knowledge of English, Malayalam, etc.…
Computer: Good skills.
