Shift: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Female candidates preferred
Communication Languages : English, Hindi and Malayalam
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
• Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Provide information on destinations, activities, and travel arrangements.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.
2. Tour Planning and Development:
• Research and develop new tour packages.
• Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, and local attractions to create itineraries.
• Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety standards.
3. Logistics Management:
• Coordinate transportation, accommodation, and meal arrangements.
• Manage schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals.
• Monitor and adjust plans as necessary to accommodate changes.
4. Budget Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for tours, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
5. On-site Coordination:
• Oversee tours in real-time, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Serve as the main point of contact for travelers during tours.
• Address any issues or emergencies that may arise.
6. Marketing and Promotion:
• Assist in promoting tour packages through various channels.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
7. Reporting and Feedback:
• Collect and analyze feedback from clients post-tour.
• Provide reports on tour performance and suggestions for improvements.
Required Skills:
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and engage with diverse clients.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to address challenges that may arise during tours.
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the tour are meticulously planned.
• Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting different cultures and customs.
Qualifications:
• Education: A degree in hospitality, tourism management, or a related field is often preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in booking software, CRM systems, and basic office software.
Work Environment:
• Typically works in an office setting but also spends time on-site during tours.
• May involve irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on tour schedules.
