Job Description
1. Customer Service
Responding to Inquiries: Address customer queries regarding cab services, availability, pricing, and booking procedures via phone, email, or in person.
Booking Management: Handle reservations, make changes or cancellations to bookings, and ensure all client requests are processed efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues related to cab services, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Coordination and Scheduling
Driver Coordination: Communicate with drivers to manage schedules, ensure timely pickups, and resolve any issues that arise during operations.
Route Planning: Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient travel and minimize delays, considering traffic conditions and client preferences.
Fleet Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of the company’s fleet, ensuring that vehicles are in good condition and available when needed.
3. Administrative Tasks
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, transactions, and customer interactions. Handle invoicing and payments as necessary.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on service performance, customer feedback, and any operational issues to management.
System Management: Use booking and dispatch software to manage reservations and track vehicle and driver status
4. Marketing and Promotion
Customer Engagement: Promote special offers, discounts, or new services to customers to encourage repeat business.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to help improve service quality and identify areas for enhancement.
5. Compliance and Safety
Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all cab services comply with local regulations and company policies.
Safety Protocols: Implement and oversee safety measures for both drivers and passengers, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
6. Team Collaboration
Internal Communication: Work closely with other departments (e.g., operations, marketing, finance) to ensure a seamless service experience.
Training and Support: Assist in training new staff or drivers and provide ongoing support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
