•Experience with Screening & Sourcing techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
•Design and update job descriptions
•Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
•Executing recruitment plans efficiently.
•Filling positions within an organization.
•Screens and interviews candidates
•Craft emails for attracting passive candidates
•Present reports on recruitment and analyses the status of recruitment practices regularly to the team and management.
•Work following company policy and standards.
•Counselling, coordinating with trainees & clients.
