Job Description
Urgent Requirement for Client Service Executive.
Coordinate with client and the designated teams for designing of websites, mail, newsletters, logos and other related works
Keeping track of the designing process.
Follow up with client and the respective teams.
Ensure timely completion of work and escalate delay any if to the management and also if required to the customer.
Follow up with the customer for balance payments, renewals.
Send Proforma Invoice, Renewal Invoice, Part Payment Invoice and Receipts
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Monitor metrics to identify opportunities to optimize programs and provide regular reports to look for ways to develop and improve marketing and results
Attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong sense of urgency, adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
Confident, creative thinker, able to innovate and devise different approaches and ideas to their work
A self-starter who is proactive in suggesting new initiatives
Excellent organisation skills - an eye for detail and nothing left to chance
