• 6-8 years of experience in Performance testing
• Hands-on experience in using Jmeter, Loadrunner, Visualstudio.

Experience in Performance tesing tools like jmeter (Mandatory), Loadrunner, Visual Studio.
• Expert in developing test scripts, creating scenario, capacity planning.
• Expert in compiling, Analzying and interpreting performance test results and provide recommendations.
• Experience in develop customized codes in the script using Java or C# language for optimizing and enhancing performance test scripts.
• Ability to evaluate open source performance test tools and suggest suitable one for the application under test.
• Knowledge in any one APM tool and Diagnostics tool like Appdynamics, Dynatrace, SiteScope etc.
• Experience in different protocols like HTTP/HTTPS, Trueclient, Restful, SOAP.
• Understanding of the application functionality and Non-Functional requirements along with SLA's defined.
• Identify the test environment, test data and access needs.
• Create performance test plans, baselines, execute planned tests.
• Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with all the stakeholders.
• Maintain flexible work schedules driven by test environment availability.
• Assist with Troubleshooting & System Tuning.
• Java or C# programming skills would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written, speaking and presentation skills in a professional setting.
• Excellent people skills and a strong team player.
• High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.
• Should be ready work in an environment which may demand individual contribution as well as a team player.
