Urgent requirement for Practice Head - SAP (FICO) in Ernakulam.

Major Responsibilities

The Consultant will have to lead the SAP Practice.
Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously
Conduct Performance Reviews of the Team Members
Build positive working relationship between different teams & Practices

Other Responsibilities

The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP Financials and Controlling to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction

• S/4 Hana Experience

• Design, configuration and testing of core FI/CO modules (GL, AP, AR)

• Design, configuration and testing of Asset Management

• Design, configuration and testing of Consolidations in EC-CS

• Design, configuration and testing of CO-PA and Depreciation Process

• Experience with product costing and material ledger

• Experience and knowledge of key integration points with FI/CO modules

• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.

• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Finance / Accounting)

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 8 years of SAP FI/CO configuration experience

•2+ Years experience as a Project Manager

• Must have at least one full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live)

• Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS and Indian Excise standards

• Business knowledge and process design skills

• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations

• Strong organizational skills

• Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Good interpersonal skills

• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload

• Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines

• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision

• Must be an effective problem solver

• Reading and understanding of ABAP code; nice to have
