Job Description
1. Make relationship with builders, developers and contractors.
2. Make growth plan and strategies.
3. Increase client base.
4. Having well knowledge about arc space and its services
5. Prepare business proposal with respect to client requirements
6. Know customer needs and business strength business to improve services as per client needs.
7. Find new and international clients.
8. Reviewing and making contracts with clients.
9. Make marketing plans and do implementation as required
10. Ensure all payments are received as per the dead and contract with clients.
11. Do focus on short time and longtime business goals simultaneously and should be achieved the target on time.
12. Lead sales team (if any) through preparing targets and do everything to ensure productivity of the team.
13. Learn and report marketing trends & acquiring strategies to implement innovations.
14. Learn and report about good business area and make plans to get more customers from that area anywhere in Kerala.
15. Do campaign or seminars or some kind of promotional programs for branding arc space in public.
16. Learn about architectural/interior/civil innovations in Cochin, Calicut, Ernakulum, Malappuram districts & demanded localities in Kerala and report it to superiors like CEO & COO.
17. Study and report about a demanded area for an architectural designing firm to start new branch or to improve sale.
18. Learn about the demands of architectural/interior/civil designing in Cochin, Calicut, Ernakulum, Malappuram districts & other demanded localities in Kerala and report it to superiors like CEO & COO.
19. Learn and make reports everything about new or existing architects/interiors/civil designing legends/award winners in Kerala & report about their sales and branding strategy.
20. Conduct an architectural expo in Cochin.
