2. Strong written & spoken English skills.
3. Strong Analytical thinking capabilities.
Primary responsibilities:
1. Daily: Attend to Customer Service tickets.
2. As needed basis: Test the Platform.
3. Weekly: Identify high-concern areas of the application based on Tickets received.
4. Weekly: Propose FAQ changes based on Tickets Analysis.
5. Quarterly: Propose Product Roadmap innovations based on repeated Customer feedback/ inputs.

The candidates shall be Graduates with strong written & spoken communications skills in English as well as good Analytical/ Logical reasoning skills.
Successful candidates will be hired as Trainees, and be trained on the Job.
After the completion of the Probationary period of 3 months, High-rated Trainees shall be converted to full-time Employees with Salary hike.
