Job Description
- Answer incoming calls.
- Receive incoming faxes and distribute them.
- Prepare the General Manager's meetings.
- Make airline, hotel and car reservations for the General Manager and company employees.
- Prepare various letters.
- Take care of phone and mobile bills for the General Manager and employees.
- Take care of the office electricity bills.
- Manage all things related to the company's offices maintenance and communicate with the building administration.
- Prepare shipments of papers or parcels inside or outside the Kingdom via couriers such as DHL.
- Oversee company drivers and assign to them the work required by the General Manager or other sections of the company.
- Manage the company's cars' maintenance and follow-up claims in cases of accidents, God forbid.
- Apply for travel visas for the General Manager.
- Make appointment reservations for the General Manager.
