Job Description
1 – Responsible for the overall management of the Reception.
2- Checks thoroughly the files of the patient before sending them to Admission and Medical Records Department.
3- Checks and updates Notice Board, Log Books, Appointment Register / Diaries and Brochures stand regularly.
4- Complies monthly MIS of their respective floor.
5- Gets consultants Room cleaned regularly and check the functioning of all the electrical and other gadgets in the OPD. In case of any fault gets them repaired through Engineering / Biomedical Engineering Department.
6- Changes the Name Plates of Consultants between shifts.
7- Coordinates with Supervisor / Consultants or other concerned in case of any complaint of the patient.
8- Is aware of the entire patient rights as well as responsibilities.
