Job Description:

? Travel five days a week to support Business Consultants and plan daily market visit strategies.
? Coordinate daily work plans, ensuring effective management and hands-on training in customer handling and business closure.
? Contribute to hiring and provide continuous training for Business Consultants to maximize business volume.
? Set challenging daily and monthly targets for Business Consultants, actively monitor schedules, and offer guidance for goal attainment.
? Efficiently manage leaves, send daily performance reports to the Regional Man- ager, and engage in discussions with leadership for timely updates on manpower and market expansion.
