Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. By joining our company, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in HR administration while contributing to the smooth functioning of our HR department. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, participate in various HR projects and initiatives, and can develop your skills

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and company website.
• Screen resumes and forward qualified candidates to HR managers for review and Schedule interviews and correspond with candidates regarding interview details.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with benefit providers and HR team to ensure timely processing of benefit-related matters.
• Assist in processing payroll
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and physical files.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Assist in updating employee handbooks and other policy documents as required.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and requests for assistance.
• Escalate employee issues to HR management as necessary and follow up on resolution.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Assist in schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments for HR staff

Skills Required and Qualifications
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related filed
• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Team work skill
