Job Description
In this role: · Support the Solution Architect, meet prospective & current clients to elucidate high quality requirements · Analysis and assimilation of requirements into producing accurate, meaningful and succinct Agile stories to deliver high quality products · Managing relationships with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, SL Engagement Team, and Development teams for maximum efficiency · Knowledgeable in the ITBM function · Produce supporting documentation (User Stores, Guides, Design related docs, .) · Informal training of clients and staff in ServiceNow ITBM products · Helping develop new products from inception to completion · Support with producing engagement project plans · Assistance with testing · Helping answer queries from internal and external clients · Showing a high level of diplomacy throughout Skills To be successful in this role, you will have; · A strong working knowledge and understanding of the concepts of Project Portfolio Management, Application Performance Management, and Financial Management · Experience of following Agile methodology for successful product delivery · A methodical and relentless approach to problems solving ServiceNowITBM Experience · An analytical mindset · BCS BA diploma a distinct advantage · An analytical mindset
