Job Description

1.Cluster Head is responsible to handle two districts of all connected Taluks and Villages in execution of Farm pond Programs

2.Responsible to reach the assigned target of Construction of Farm pond (Water Harvesting Technology),2020-21 target has been defined with 1500 Ponds across 2 districts.

3. Responsible for the formation 125 in connection of 1500 pond construction farmers, across 2 districts.

4.End to end Monitoring and follow-up of Progress and developments of group creation, group meetings, Group documentation, Group Collections through team process flow.

5.End to End Collaboration and coordination with financial institutes under FARMPOND USER GROUP, facilitate as and when requirements raised from the Financial Institutes.

6.Responsible to Monitor and Evaluate entire two district team achievements, execute proper MnE tools in cluster level. Accountable to construct quality Farm pond , Quality work execution, Team building, Following TAT to close the tasks within the timeline.

7.Accountable for proper data collection and data management process, with proper dashboard knowledge with proper end to end documentation.

8.Responsible to collect product demand list through proper survey or proper analysis of demand requisition across two districts.

9.Should Flexible to visit continuously Villages, Farmers, FF Meetings, FUG Meetings, Cluster Level review meetings, Pond site visit.(80% Field Visit)
