Job Description
1. Achieve sales target (Area wise, dealer wise and product wise)
2. Ensure regular client visits as per the visit plan
3. Ensure Sales Improvement through dealer management
4. Ensure the on-time collection of payment as per the collection plan
5. Collect post-dated cheques from the dealers to ensure the payments are under control
6. Ensure on time implementation all activities including schemes assigned from time to time at Dealer points
7. Ensure all complaints regarding products and services are attended in a timely manner and corrective actions are initiated after the communication with concerned ASM.
8. Ensure all data regarding each dealer is collected and updated in the system under KYC
9. Collect and update the information and data regarding the market and competitors in the market
10. Daily activity reports shall be updated on a regular basis.
11. Daily visit plans and dealer follow ups shall be updated in the system
12. Periodic dealer evaluation reports shall be filed on a regular basis

- Graduates
