Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Business Development Manager to lead and inspire our team of Business Development Executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, oversee the achievement of sales targets, and foster a dynamic and results-driven team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives to reach their full potential.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement improvement plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Foster strong client relationships and participate in client meetings.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to make informed business decisions.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in business development, with a focus on SAAS sales preferred.
Previous leadership experience in managing a team of Business Development Executives.
