Job Description

Job Requirement:
1. Degree holder with 8 to 15 yrs of experience, Prefer GCC exp
2. Able to provide ideas to attract new clients and keep the senior management updated
about marketplace and competitor activity
3. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities
4. Make cold calls for new business leads
5. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company
6. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients
7. Planning and Preparation of marketing and project related presentations.
8. Maintain a pipeline of future projects and follow up those through various stages till it is
awarded
9. Writing reports and providing management with feedback on various projects.
10. Required GCC driving license
Note : Previous exp in the BD activity of construction companies and have prior in wining
construction projects above 10 M OMR
Terms :
1. Contract period: 2 years (Renewable)
2. Food, Accommodation and joining ticket : Will be managed by candidates
3. Medical insurance and Vehicle : Will be Provided by client
4. Working hours : 9 hours per day / 6 days working
5. Overtime : Not applicable
6. Eligible Nationality: Indian
