Job Description

* Responsible for the assigned division services and applications.

* Collect customer requirement and execute their task of application customization or development

* Lead the application design and function and give efforts to timely delivery of application or execution of services

* Data management all clients, their services and applications

* Coordinate with other division managers and provide them support and assistance whenever required.

* Provide input to QA for creation of test plans and certification criteria.

* Do documentation for each stage of development of applications and services

* Communicate with client and provide them regular updated about the development process and stage. Provide updated to management also about the division.

Key Skills required

· Must be a graduate or post graduate in management. Having experience in customer or operations management will be an additional advantage.

· Candidates from IT background or having experience in IT companies will be preferred.

· Must have good communication skills and have good command over excel & word.

· Must be a team player and able to maintain positive and responsive relationships with employees
