Job Description
â–ª Negotiation with Suppliers for goods and services.
â–ª Ordering and ensuring the delivery of goods to customers.
â–ª Preparing Purchase & Sales Invoices using Busy Accounting Software.
â–ª Accounts payable & receivable.
â–ª All communication with CA regarding Tax Payments. â–ª Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. â–ª Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email â–ª Closing sales and achieving sales targets
Preparing and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
â–ª Respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
▪ Coordinate between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
â–ª Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
