Personal Specifications
0-2 years of experience in providing customer service and technical advice.
Demonstrate experience and understanding of the Mechanical Engineering Industry.
Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Active listening ability, be very sensitive to customers' concerns and needs.
Willing to educate the customer with patience and professionalism.
Team player who remains approachable, teachable, provides, and seeks feedback.
Emotionally stable, able to prioritize, and work under pressure.
Approach a job as a cause.

Qualification
Relevant Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering - A must.
