Qualifications/Experience/Background
3-5 years of experience driving successful solution-oriented client engagement; handling difficult internal and external business challenges, and delivering exceptional client service resulting in high client retention in a B2B SaaS vertical
Passion, enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and email communications
Proven track record exceeding quota
Bias towards immediate action and results
Willingness to learn and adapt
